2024 SUMMER CAMPS CANCELLATION POLICY

 

 

Camps Cancelled due to COVID-19

Any person registered in MacGillivray Hockey and has this camp cancelled due to COVID -19 will receive a full refund up to May 1. After May 1, refunds will be made in the form of full camp credit for 2025. Refunds will be processed back to original forms of payment.

Customer Cancelled Camps

Customers may cancel any summer camp up to May 1, 2024 and will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee per camp. Refunds can only be processed back to the original form of payment.

*Camps cancelled after May 1, 2024 are not eligible for any refund or credits. The only exception is camp cancelled due to COVID-19.
